where is evidence of chm pump and dump, page-12

The only thing l'm worried about is how much longer this CHM thing will drag on for, becasue irs holding back the share price and other junior iron ore companies share prices seem to be creeping ahead recntly, while ours is stuck around $1.60 becasue of CHM and it probably won't move untill CHM is rid of, anyone know exactly when the judge makes his decsion? differnet people here seem to be giving different dates when the decsion is.
