Option, Laws against discrimination prescribes a limited list of things that can't be discriminated against. This includes race, religion, sexual preference.
There is no Commonwealth Law that stops discrimination against the unvaxed. There is no legislated right of choice.
The unvaxed are subject to bans on employment, travel, certain professions etc. It is proposed to with hold some medical procedures. A publicity campaign against the unvaxed is likely.
