3 Ady wants a jv for a new port capable of capex size ships which I will let you research how big they are.
4 Ady have a maritime concession in place to make this happen and there are LOCAL enterprises that want to be part of this.
$ Research properly and you will see that ady won the case against besalco and hence are going to sell off the mining pieces and low grade ore for 10 mill.
You call my thoughts rubbish I won't denegrade myself to that level. However, it is good to see you are capable of more than just one liners. There is hope for you :)
