the edge came off all the reits today not sure why but centro getting sued possibly. pure speculation. how CER is Trading higher then MDT baffles me MDT has higher NTA higher Earnings and doesn't have a mass of stockholder law suits over its head.

MDT are playing it smart atm holding of distros and paying down debt. Got alot of respect for companies doing this. Not only stablises the company but also atm the $ is high so it provides some what of a hedge. As the reduced intrest cost will foll through as higher dividends for years to come once the US gets stronger again.

Picked up 200k today @12c looks like could have got them at 11.5 but whos complaining I almost thought about going to 12.5c lucky held out. Think this baby is ready to run though surpised the recent news hasn't triggered.

Maybe DEC 1 will see some resolution to the CMBS debt Which people might like.
