I think you’re missing the point what he is saying is as soon as it is full taken up close it.
First in should get rewarded only fair as they put the money in not knowing what the SP will be a month away.
Yes not everyone has funds right away and I’m in same boat for one account but if people get in before me so be it.
A lot have funds but not being loyal just waiting to see what the SP will be.
And if we close earlier the SP will stop going down and will rise with full take up
