This is from the September 2019 “Plan of Operations for Mineral Exploration” submitted to BLM by AZL (page 16):

"The water well would not be connected to the 12,000-gallon stand water tank storage site by pipeline but rather a large truck would fill the tank multiple times during project operations from either the functional water well or from Wikieup, Arizona municipal water under a volume based direct purchase agreement with the City of Wikieup."

Note: There is no City of Wikieup. It's an unincorporated area.
