Chinesewhispers, I doubt there will be an spp. My guess is that the Top 2/3 shareholders will take the majority of the raising.

The one area of DML that continues to disapoint me is the capital raising. They should have been aiming for an offtake agreement with a capital raising attached at a premium. They need to be targeting Chinese companies and aim for a premium.

They dont need the funds today (from memory about 7-8M cash atm), so should be trying to minimise any dilution.

Would also be good to see the Directors buying too - a great vote of confidence.
