    What's all this then;
    The conditions in relation to the shareholder approval is more likely to be satisfied as the NRG proposal will result in existing shareholders retaining 46.8% of the issued share capital, whereas Cygnet’s proposal will result in existing shareholding retaining 3.7% of the issued share capital.
    Gives me some hope.
