    I think really AFRICA needs to stop these REBELS interfering with their mining projects
    China taking a position ALSO in the DRC with the world biggest lithium project
    Africa is a target for their commodities and need now to become a reliable secure country
    In regards to govt corruption and rebel uprisers.......IMO
    Their mineral resources are EPIC and many companies are chasing those resources
