flushed with cash, why do an equity raise ? Must be a cornerstone investor to complete the funding mix.
Cant say i like that, i'd prefer debt financing...

Does it matter? Not really unless its a weak raise which tells me management thinks this share price is too high. I highly doubt that given Nigels optimism
