So the grades aren't great, so far, which means more dirt has to be moved and processed to achieve an acceptable spod concentrate product. But with spod selling for US$2400 per tonne, what difference does a little extra opex make? Clearly the grades must be good enough to justify putting down $5m. As Kiwi says, the return will likely be $10s or $100s of millions.
