Bottom line, ggg's 61 percent holding in the project isn't in question. What is in question is who owns the other 39 percent. Nothing in their to suggest though that when they wish to acquire the remaining percentage that they won't be able too.
What does it matter if it takes 12 months to sort this out?
It's still business as usual.
