What surpised me was the order of the milestones is out that is 4 (4 being the biggest one by a fair clip) was paid before 2. I suspect 2 is the completion of Phase II just by the order but that is not disclosed till after it is triggered. So its possible they might sell it all down knowing that another milestone may be triggered soon maybe forcing Kazia's hand to pay cash or just get them more shares. Its a beautiful thing for them.

So starting Phase III before Phase II is finished might not have been contemplated at time of contract is my guess.

On the upside if there was a takeover in the wings they may strike sooner.

To be HONEST, i really don,t know whats going on, it was going to be sweet for xmas, what was the data found to be not good, What did James do wrong? in plain english whats really going on???
