If you want cash fast then it will have to be at a discount , they cant use the $50 million ATM facility as this will hinder the OTCQX listing . They have enough cash for 2 quarters (6 months ) so they need this $50 million ASAP by the looks of it , my only hope is that its for the extra 15% which has to be sorted prior to the Mining License being officially granted .
