    Yeah.. who knows mate.

    It could be just a straight out CR, dressed up under this Institutional Placement for more operating coin.. they only had 2.5qtr left (from memory) last report, and who knows how long that will actually last in the real world, when we have "things to do" if we are to achieve these milestones as set out by Mgt. The Wage and Coffee bill is a gazillion a month.
