With commercial oil found in the Orange Basin Namibia, then I see a re-rate for PCL to .008 ($56M MC). I would only sell half for free carry + profit then stay in for the inevitable farm-out deal in 2022 with PCL perhaps retaining 25% - 30% of PEL87, awarded back costs & free carried through fast track 3D seismic on Superfan & drilling perhaps in 2023. (A similar deal as with Tullow in PEL37 some years back).
Shell's drillship is now at Graff-1 location & should spud very soon.
