Last year when Doc and I were doing our thing and barred ourselves from trading, we were lead to believe TSI would be doing a projected EBITDA this fiscal year of cirular $10m ( to 31 March 2022) and cash flow positive. Suggeted it could double with a strategic acquistion at the time. The last update we got seemed to suggest that $10m was achievable. CX just wanted out was the concensus.

So I will wait for the prospectus before I doing anything. You are right to say there is not enough out yet to make an informed decision. Maybe Friday will provide better guidance.

So.....after >9 years we are back to where we started...buying out TSI...who would have guessed...
