I think that the people that are bitching about raising at a discount to yesterdays share price have not taken into account that a deal like this does not happen overnight and in actual fact could have been a raising at a premium as the share price was around the .50c mark a month ago ......

How long have they been talking ....??? Who have they been talking to .....?? and what is the money for .....??

I recon we won't take long to get to $1.

I guess we will know soon enough
