What option would you prefer, considering most biotech companies on the ASX:

Option 1 - a company which raises lots of capital resulting in dilution, flicks out an announcement every so often, isn't transparent with the exit strategy or end goal, provides the required reports, doesn't respond to shareholders.

Options 2 - a company which raises capital only when needed and details exactly what for to minimise dilution, flicks out announcements, is transparent, keeps shareholders informed on an almost daily basis, advises of the exit plan.
