Like a lot of stocks...terrible buying at $2.50 but vg at 31c. China alone is worth double to them especially with payback of monies spent etc.Every single stock on the ASX has a sell point and 99% (those not going broke) has a buy point.Psa is definitely at a buy point level now they,ve traversed the debt highway and are coming out the other end.
