    no he didn't - read the fine print, 4m shares have been reallocated as they didn't meet the definition of a related interest.

    The good news for KZA is that Hopper only bought $100k of CHM so assuming that is all that he sold of KZA then I think it may be just a token reallocation.

    Will wait and see how much he sells of KZA as if he has stopped then there might be a stabilisation
