I've been in touch with the company and they are equally puzzled by the share price action. They remain satisfied with their institutional shareholder base.
At 45.5c gives DOC a market cap of $150M and an EV of $83M.

- On a relative basis the company remains unusually out of favour vs US peers which have experienced similar share price action.
