I seriously doubt that the sp will fall to the $1.00 to 1.30 level. Rights issues may dilute the shares in the company, but they are also adding value to the company at the same time. For an emerging producer, getting the cash together to start production is a necessary and clearly value-adding exercise. I was scared off BSL during their rights issue of $1.55 (While the sp was around the $2.10 mark) by the doom and gloom consensus on this site that the sp was inevitably heading for $1.60. I don't think they ever went below $2 and started rising straightaway. And that money was to pay off their debts, not develop a world-class resource. it is to be assumed that creat will be holding onto their stocks and not dumping them on the market for a quick buck- thats about the only thing I can see making the price drop too much
