The notice on the 15th of Nov consolidated both his direct & indirect interests (where he has 1178k ordinary shares)
The notice today separated them out.......451k+727k=1178k ordinary shares
Now that he is no longer a director, he could sell anytime without any notice, but his $35m in ordinary shares are hardly material in the context of a $5.4bn MC company and even if he wanted to, he is smart enough not to sell the entire lot in one trade
