If it was the government of Tas as you suggest, then could it be construed that it is okay in Tassie to materially influence shareprice movements prior to placements?
Do you need brokers to do placement/shareprice stimulation in Tassie when the government may help to get the shareprice up for your company ?
It was obvious a placement was coming with 20 cent support during the sell off phase, and when the rumour was leaked to The Mercury the company certainly acted with haste to confirm the rumour and plug a placement into some special placees . 100% profit in days - nice .
