it is not as simple as you say to update the register to reflect new enrollees.
the number of enrolled trial patients is price sensitive and needs to be released to market and the register simultaneously.
if a patient decides to drop out for whatever reason then you would have to update the register, it would be a messy exercise.
The fact that IBX is hiring is a big plus.
