    I agree the whole process looks shabby, but the going concern qualification from the auditor does send a very clear message that the situation could change if circumstances were different, and now those circumstances were proven to be different.

    I do agree BBI have been economical with the truth. The punishment will come when they lose their jobs and you can rest assured they won't get new jobs in a hurry either.
