As others have said, this many amendments is not uncommon
What is obvious is that you have an entirely unfounded assumption: it would appear that the amendments are not to repair inadequacies
As has been recently observed by @Paulfool, in this POST, the differences between this filing and the previous one are merely updates of variables such as exchange rate, ASX SP and indicative ADS price.
If the amendment was due to an inadequacy, you would see something more material change from amendment to new amendment.
@Paulfool provides a compelling argument that these filings are to keep the application current while the SEC finishes some pending portion of its review.
What's not a great look is investors making assumptions without actually looking at the documents: there are tools such as the draftable.com tool that @Paulfool linked to, that can make short work of telling you what has changed in each successive amendment.
We can get ourselves in a bit of tizzy sometimes, but keeping a cool head is valuable in this pursuit. I find continued research and concentrating on fundamentals helps.
