I note that JPR recently did a 1:1 RI and ex date was ~week after the prospectus was lodged.
As you mentioned, MEO expected to reveal a farminee by 18-11-09.
MOG yet to lodge the RI prospectus so its a fair bet that ex date for RI could be after 18-11-09.
Going by MEO's recent asx releases they seem very confident they will deliver on "a" farmout, only disappointment (if any) might be the terms....we'll see.
