Is it a capital raise? What are the other options?

Based on AR Prospective Resources page 19, chance of both Parvo and Apus being dusters is approximately 50%.
Do you roll the dice?
The exploration sizzle is often used to attract fresh capital, if that is the way they plan to go..
My guess is that, if they plan to raise capital, it will most likely be into the drilling of Apus and Parvo.
Probably can wait for Buffalo result, especially with xmas break.

Short interest is also consistent with perceived need to raise capital.
