The problem is the CEO - he is an operational strategic guy - and does not seem to provide regular market updates - the problem with this is the share price will continue to drift downwards and any cap raise will cause significant dilution. We need someone that is a combo of both strategic operational and marketing. I think he is doing a good job on the operational side - it is a bit like working all the time to provide for the family but never check in on the family.
