Each to his own opinion on this, but I wouldn't be rushing in to buy even at 0.013c.
Should the final wash-up of the bonus issue show a substantial shortfall in new receipts compared with what was anticipated, I wouldn't be surprised to see a sharp reaction in the share price whatever it's level at the time.
