I am a little disappointed retail investors are only able to participate in such a small portion of the capital raise. Perhaps this is because TC and MST require a minimum fee to facilitate the CR? I mean it is quite a small raise. A little more information regarding how the funds will be used would be nice. On the bright side, at least we had the recent share price appreciation before this CR was announced. A raise at around $0.06 would have been very disappointing.

Us long term shareholders are still in an excellent position if management can use these funds wisely IMO. I'll be participating fully in the raise. DYOR.
