Some of us have acknowledged that there might have been an unplanned hiccup along the way by the regulatory agency and NASDAQ (out of IHL/Joel's control), and some of us haven't acknowledged this may be the issue.

Whatever the reason for any >assumed< hold up may be, Joel has attended to it and submitted all forms as required.

For anyone who hasn't yet been able to understand how amendments work, amendments are not a 'bad thing'. Contrary to it. It's an adjustment to the original or last submission to ensure all documentation is correctly filed and compliant to the SEC's legislative, regulatory and personal compliance officer's expectations (which may vary from one compliance officer to another - personal experience in the compliance field).

These things take time.

My point is, the Market does not know if Roth 'are' or 'are not' performing as per expectation of the Company.

I have no sentiment towards, Roth.

All in my opinion. Not fact nor advice.
