Sure, but perhaps consider that balance isn't always the urgent service you might think it is: there are so many unknowns about every single aspect of operation of a company... we could spend all day and and all night saying: we don't know if they're doing a good job of this, that or the other thing. It stands to reason to comment when there is an actual indication one way or another. Mala66 thought the new amendment was an indication of Roth's negative performance: a notion which you seemed to encourage. It simply isn't. Stating that the amendment or time to approval are also not an indication of Roth's positive performance really is superfluous. My 3 paragraph response may be seen as superfluous also - granted... but it has the benefit of bringing facts to the table to support that so far, what we know points to Roth's performance being at the very, least adequate.
