My concerns with this stock are centred around how tight is current share registry remains.

These investor will only be able to exist the stock via a potential takeover (without an on-mkt sell-off). The question remains whether it will actually happen and if so, by who and at what price?

Fundamently, this company is sound however, I think that certain investors are becoming impatient and could be looking at moving on?

This is OK, but if other follow suit or become nervous, it may get ugly?

I'll consider taking a position in it once, it's direction becomes more apparent.
