This is beyond nearology….I bought in because it was so damn close to CXO and u can see the swarms of pegmatites flowing in the direction of CHR. I am still surprised as to why CXO didn’t pick up the land sitting just next to their project….but their recent acquisitions tells me they were probably too preoccupied and forgot about it…..or just didn’t have enough funds to snap it up before CHR made the move.

I can see a merger or takeover in the future like PLS and AJM….without the hostility of course. When u have 2 resources so close together it just makes sense.
