Dear FF, I know that you have addressed the question of disclosure before. I have a question that you might be able to help us with. To their credit, the BrainChip team has been very vigilant in honouring the terms of their NDAs with companies. I am trying to figure out how long an NDA can stay in play. For example, would the signing of a commercial deal need to be disclosed to the ASX, is there anyway around this?. If a signing does need to be disclosed, does this suggest that EAP customers are trying to hold on to Akida as long as they can and progress their research and development as far as they can before signing a commercial deal with BrainChip, hence maximising their commercial advantage?
Below is an ASX disclosure listing flowchart. My layman's interpretation is that a commercial deal would need to be disclosed.
