Sorry, what I was refering to with opening themselves to a major lawsuit would be under the listing rule 3.1.
If their was a chance that they could in fact lose the license, surely that would require a disclosure to the market regarding the court case?
Anywhos, will be interesting to see how this plays out.
I still can't find any information that their holding is in fact in question.
Whilst yes they might be up for damages, to me it looks like that is as far as it will go.
