NOT ME.
I've been in since 0.003c and have never sold, but have accumulated so much that my average is 0.022 now.
I am heavy on DRE and far less on other species, I have not and will not sell any of my DRE holdings but certainly have sold others to fund more DRE shares when I lacked the funds.

Reasons:
* I have great respect for the management and governance of this company, they have ensured environmental management is checked and balanced.
* They pay great respect to and consult fully with the traditional owners of the lands they hold.
* They treat their staff with utmost respect, they shine spotlights on the workers and open their doors to share all they know by taking on young graduate/s.
* They are true to their word in all they do (DRE are the only company I'm invested in that is this transparent). I've actually not ever seen transparency to this extent before.
* They hold more shares than I do and they work harder for their $$ than I do, so if Management believes that strongly in what they have, I'm in, staying in and nobody is getting any of mine.
* Last but not least, I love this forum, we have a great bunch of awesome analysts, brilliant charters, high quality info sharers and heaps of humourous chatters. Other forums can get nasty if you say something controversial or ask a silly question which I'm prone to do at times.
There's a million reasons to list on what is being/soon to be discovered, but I'll let those way smarter than I to provide those reasons.
