We know he is negotiating.
We know finalising negotiations must be close. - Bill indicated anticipated an agreement by the end of August some time ago.
Am sure Bill will make the announcement after and as soon as deal is consumated.
Will not hold off for "special occasion".
Present surge in buying may well be in anticipation of this Gecamaine/Congo agreement however.
Am inclined to believe the terms of fund raising for this project is already anticipated.
Can't be bad?
Announcement must follow anytime now.
