Hi JB. I am not an accountant I would not trust me to "check for errors" but your work seems to make sense. It is EBITDA (ie excludes interest, tax and depreciation) however includes royalties since that is not a tax?
I would appreciate your views on something.......what do you think a survival price is for FMG product? Looking at the accounts from FY16 it appears that in terms of straight opex the survical price is in the low USD20's however as I understand this excludes sustaining capex. If the price dropped low for a long period, what price do you think FMG could survive at?
