There is a comment by MJ in the Proactive interview released today where MJ said -the Exim funding and the equity component will end up being very much inter-linked.
THEREFORE - I cannot see the equity partners that do come onboard - getting much of a discount on the Citronen NPV of $500mil AUD value.
Exim loan funding is based on said NPV valuation from the July 2021 BFS so if this is interlinked with the Equity component they must all be working off the same valuation.
NPV of $500mil is circa 45c per share pre-dilution and pre-equity sell down.
