So did no one spot the 3B for 10mill shares at .004c? $40K worth for "general working capital". What a joke ... the company suddenly needed $40k? Wouldn't we like to know who the lucky recipient was ..... at 50% below market value. A few possibles come to mind ... family, friends etc. An immediate $20k profit for the taking. A company issueing $40k worth of shares as a capital raising is a joke .... this is nothing more than a gift to someone.
