My current estimate is that BG will be out by end of May based on average daily rate of selling November. My estimate of current holding and rate of selling is derived from the substantial holder notices and broker data.

Over the last 24 months the market has absorbed over 22M shares from legacy management. The last of this has been driving the long consolidation since March. Once the remaining supply dries up I think price will start making significant moves again.



Baseline volumes definitely continue to pick up, except they will drop off a little over Xmas/New Year.



We are also still pending all of this news, noting 2 significant items likely in the next few weeks and 3 significant items expected by end of March



I think the two biggest volume drivers will be the 2 x US IND filings, unless of course we receive some in-patient FTO result.

BG may also slow down or stop selling.

There may also be approaches by instos to buy stock off market in block trades. I think to be successful they would need to be looking to buy large quantities of stock as he can offload over 300,000 shares a week on market ( or around 1.2M shares a month ). That makes me think any offer for block trades will need to be for over 1M shares. If an off-market trade occurs I hope multiple instos or HNW individuals make an approach. I think it is better for all holders for the ~7.15M shares left in this holding to be broken up. This is happening gradually on market but large block trades would break up this holding much faster.
