Hybrid holders win the argument, and the riskAnd Rey Resources, with help from BBY, is raising $10 million via a placement at 20c a share and $5 million from an underwritten share purchase plan at the same price. The raising is occurring even though it is subject to bids from Crosby Capital and Gujarat NRE. Interestingly, the placement price is slightly higher than Crosby's 19.5c per share bid, which is the higher of the two.
