chm in trouble, page-5

They proved $153,000 of chm money went towards purhase..2 Cheques..YES..(but an undocumented loan or stolen? and certainly never with intent of JV...this not proven!!)
They proved share were issued..... but as to weather they were for services/consultancy or to assist mmx not proven..
And finally share issue in mmx for Winterfall shares at T/O proven...but only naughtiness here is that it was'nt disclosed on bidder statement, does'nt go to heart of Constructive Trust claim....a lot of huff and a lot of puff but sadly for CHM hopefulls not much more than that IMO.......Happy to wait for judges decision but I'm betting on CHM accepting a revised offer of settlement.....
