You are right - management has been a big sticking point with EXM. 6-8 months ago management were getting a hiding on forums and in talk about town (and they were deserving the bad comments in my opinion).

A few months back we had a changing of the guard and a new management team. I think the consensus was in discussions at that time that the new management would have to really SHOW everyone they had the goods. Although many still had bad feelings about EXM hanging over from previous management teams and lack of .... well, lack of anything productive happening!!!

I held, and decided to give the new management a chance to show their colours. I feel that the recent big volumes, increased interest and the impending announcements will send the share price further upwards!

In summary, 4-5 months ago I decided to give the new managment the benefit of the doubt, and awiat the first 6 months of their actions. I am hoping that they are about to show my why I kept my faith....
