Opticon is part of the Demenant Health Care Group which has around 16,000 employees world wide with over $2.5 billion in revenue. This is huge for Brainchip and I have no doubt you and @Wilzy have cracked it for a biscuit with this one. Clearly meets all the criteria of the sort of company and group that would be seeking to hit the market running with a revolution in their technology space.
Demenant has its own Legal Division with amongst other things a strong focus on intellectual property protection (subsititute "strong focus on secrecacy").
The only question is will we get an announcement but as @uiux stated recently ducks quack.
