If we dont watch what happens we will end up like Naru. A mined out hole in the ground with no income and destitute. It is just a matter of doing fair trade with the rest of the world and not letting countries overseas take advantage of hard times to get hold of our resources at disounted prices or to turn our farmers into peasants so that the multi nationals can reap the rewards of their enterprise.
The money market is manipulated by a few to the disadvantage of the majority.Lynas is a good example of this. Hark back to the real reasons behind the withdrawl of the original financing package and the "throwing in of the towel" by the LYC board.
